b. Defence of legal claims and compliance
We may process any of your Personal Data where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests (Art.6 (1) f) GDPR), namely the protection and assertion of our legal rights, your legal rights and the legal rights of others.

We use google Fonts based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR) to fonts used our Site. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").

f. CosmWasm Academy
f you register for one of our online courses as part of the Online Training Academy, we will process your data for the purpose of your participation in such an online course. This processing is based on the contract concluded with us to pursue online training (Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR). This data may include:

Your data will be stored for a period sufficient to enable us to provide you with your registered online course via our Online Training Academy. After you completed your registered course or withdraw from your registration, your data will be deleted, unless further retention can be based on other legal grounds (e.g. to exercise our legal rights or to comply with applicable law). You may also agree in a separate statement that your data will be included in our applicant pool after completion of the online course (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR).
